PERMANENT MAKEUP

AFTERCARE

EYEBROW aftercare

Day 1

  • Approximately 30 minutes after your procedure, wet a single-use cotton pad (you can also use a clean paper towel or napkin) with lukewarm sterile (bottled) water. Then gently pat your brows with the provided pad, then fan-dry.

  • Wait an additional 30 minutes, then repeat once. This will help prevent scabbing caused by lymph buildup.

Day 2-14:

  1. Begin by washing your hands. Then use lukewarm bottled water to dampen a cotton pad and wipe your brows, following the direction of your hair growth. Avoid excessive scrubbing!

  2. Gently dry your brows with a paper towel. Do not use a body towel, as it can carry bacteria.

  3. Apply a sheer layer of the balm to your brows - a rice grain amount of the balm should be sufficient for both brows. Your brows should feel hydrated while also being able to breathe. This helps promote the healing process.

  4. Repeat steps 1-3 daily, AM & PM. You may stop using the wash and balm after about 2-3 weeks post-procedure once the brows are fully healed.

The aftercare ointment provided is enough to last through the initial session and touch-up. Should you run out of aftercare products before the estimated healing window is complete, more is available for $4.

During the healing process:

  • Keep the brow area dry! This means no sweating or swimming for 10-14 days.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure (wear a hat)

  • Once your brows are fully healed, use a clear SPF stick daily on them to protect the pigment from getting bleached by the sun.

  • Avoid sleeping on your face.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH, PICK, OR SCRATCH THE BROWS. TREAT THEM LIKE YOU WOULD AN OPEN WOUND. PICKING AT THE SCABS CAN PULL THE PIGMENT OUT OF THE SKIN! DO NOT APPLY MAKEUP OR PRODUCTS ONTO THE BROWS TO AVOID INFECTION. WHEN THEY’RE FULLY HEALED, AVOID USING ANTI-AGING AND ACNE PRODUCTS ON THEM. FOLLOW AFTERCARE FOR BEST RESULTS AND RETENTION.

LIP aftercare

Day 1-2

  • Clean the area 3x per day with the provided antiseptic wipes and reapply balm multiple times a day.

Days 1-7:

  • Reapply a thin layer of balm multiple times a day. Keep the skin moist at all times.

  • Drink all liquids through a straw.

  • Apply a thicker layer of ointment before bathing and brushing your teeth. Avoid getting toothpaste on your lips.

  • Do your best not to get the area wet besides cleaning it.

  • Do not touch, bite, lick, peel, rub, or tamper with the treated area.

  • Do not let any water, lotion, makeup, or foreign substances touch the area.

  • Do not use a vape or smoke. This is so important! The heat will cause discoloration.

  • No excessive sweating.

  • No spicy, salty, or citrusy foods.

  • Do not eat any foods that will cause over-stretching of your mouth. It will cause the lips to crack.

Days 1-14:

  • No sauna, steam room, or submerged swimming pools for 14 days.

  • Absolutely no Neosporin or vaseline during the healing process.

Days 1-30:

  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure for 30 days as the skin is still healing until the skin cycle is complete.

EYELINER aftercare

Day 1-2

  • Gently clean off the procedure area with a damp Q-tip and water the night after and morning after the procedure to remove lymph fluid.

  • You can splash your face with cool water the day of the procedure, but after that, keep your eyes dry for 10 days (other than applying ointment).

  • Swelling is normal and usually subsides within 24 hours. You can ice your eyes to help with swelling, just make sure to cover in a clean paper towel.

Days 1-14:

  • Keep eyes dry (other than applying ointment).

  • Use ointment 4-5x a day to keep the area moisturized. Do not oversaturate with ointment. You should use only a rice-grain-sized amount or less for both eyes.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for at least 2 weeks after the procedure. Sweating can pull out the pigment.

  • Avoid swimming, lakes, pools, saunas, and hot tubs.

Days 1-30:

  • Wait a minimum of 4 weeks before getting any facial treatments such as chemical peels, facials, microneedling, laser treatments, etc.

  • Let any flaking or dry skin naturally exfoliate away. DO NOT PICK. Picking can cause scarring and loss of pigment.
